Meet Chef Viviana, a distinguished culinary artist and proud graduate of Le Cordon Bleu.

Born and raised in Colombia, Chef Viviana embarked on a journey to the City of Lowell at the age of 15. Where she has lived all her adult years. With over a decade of experience, she swiftly ascended to the role of executive chef for a highly respected organization. Fueled by passion and family support, Chef Viviana envisioned Panela- a sanctuary where her culinary creations come to life. In this haven, she not only crafts dishes but also enlightens patrons about the roots and intricate flavor profile of Colombian cuisine. Every dish tells a story.
